Wayne Dixon is CEO and Systems Analyst of Prox MX Inc. This private company is dedicated to satisfying
industry technology and training needs and wants. Wayne achieves this by creating new technology, by
combining and applying existing technologies in new ways, and by raising the software-development
industry’s often mediocre standard to the level of meeting every client’s every need.
Wayne has more than nine years of experience as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager. Over the past
six years he has achieved the professional status of expert consultant in using the Microsoft.NET
framework and Macromedia ActionScript, and because of his advanced ability to combine the newest
programming languages. Due to his uncommonly diverse programming skills, his strong problem-solving
abilities, and his creative mind, Wayne is able to design unique innovations for web and software
applications. He considers all challenges to be surmountable, thereby setting a very high standard
of achievement for himself and his co-workers. He values honesty and is logical, dedicated, and
hard-working. He graduated from the Lethbridge Community College in Lethbridge, Alberta, Canada
with honors in Computer Information Systems, and enjoys camping, hiking, music and wood working.

e-learning programs and projects over the past six years. Her knowledge, creativity, practical
business experience, constant commitment to quality, and sharp eye for detail drove the company's
content-development and graphic-design processes. Her exceptional organizational talents, superior
leadership and communication abilities, administrative proficiency, and extraordinary ability to
work under pressure ensure on-time production. Her positive, service-oriented attitude contributes
to her good rapport with team members and clients. Prior to working in the online training industry,
she has over four years experience within clerical/administrative capacities. Deann graduated from
the Teacher Assistant program at Grant MacEwan Community College in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She
enjoys cooking, photography, being outdoors and spending time with her family.
